Temprano, para asegurarse de que estás despierto, te mostrará en pantalla un sencillo acertijo tipo captcha que deberás resolver para apagar la alarma, también tiene un catálogo de canciones cuna y sonidos naturales para conciliar el sueño, se integra con la nube, con Spotify para escoger una canción como alarma y más. Pero lo más interesante es que el equipo sigue tu sueño sin contacto midiendo tus niveles de respiración, ronquidos y movimientos al dormir a través de las señales que desprende tu cuerpo. Graba esas variables y te las ofrece a través de gráficos y registros de fácil interpretación.

La aplicación se integra totalmente con wearables o smartwatch de diversas marcas y diferentes performances, también con equipos domóticos como lámparas o cortinas automáticas. Trae programadas diversas “metas” para plantearse como dormir las horas adecuadas, mejorar el ánimo, perseverar en las salidas a correr o dormir siestas regulares, entre otras.

La aplicación Sleep as Android está disponible en Play Store y puede usarse libremente y en su capacidad total durante 14 días. Su costo es de cerca de $2600 que se pagan solo una vez.

Existe una opción nativa de Android que te avisa de la hora perfecta para ir a dormir, va “apagando” la actividad a medida que te preparas para dormir y trackea cuánto tiempo “le robas” al sueño jugando con el celular.
